The one who measured my door for replacement needs to learn how to work with customers professionally. He sent the wrong measurements the first time which caused another 3-month delay in getting my new door. Management essentially gave me a small discount (of less than 10%) for the mistake and wasted time, explaining that they had already lost money on the project that was their mistake!
