I would like to talk to someone about the door track installation - originally the tracks were centered and now they are not.

The new garage door is amazing! You can barely hear it when it opens and closes, it is the quietest thing in our home!! He was very courteous, explained what he was doing and did a great job. And when he found that one side of the trim was rotted underneath, he provided a couple of options and said he would come back later to install the weather proofing allowing us to arrange for a replacement of the board first rather than having to remove the weatherproofing and add it back. We worked with Eric to get a fast appointment. Highly recommended!

The third day one installer came and finished the job to our satisfaction.
In my opinion the area to improve is setting up the openers. We have only have one remote for each door, two cars had push buttons that now don’t work and we were left to setup myQ smartphone app ourselves. I will buy two more remotes for our cars.
All in all the doors look and work great

Great knowledge of the product. Only one issue - I didn’t realize that the rails were being replaced and I had a rack attached to the old rails. I felt bad that the installer had to disassemble that with all the skis on it. If I had known that up front I would have removed that before they came.
Very happy with the new door, much quieter.
