Called to ask for service (within 4 days of new door install.) was told there was a charge of 188.00 to visit,, the came and "adjusted" the new 2400.00 door. Still doesn't work, jamming daily called again, they are coming again, I am so sorry I did business here. The original company had GREAT customer service, and job done right. (this was Norwood overhead door).
