They called back promptly and came quickly to give us an estimate. The installation was superb and Pete even came back a second time so we could fix the trim before he installed the rubber gasket. He was always accommodating and really friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We… Read more We knew we had to replace our old, original, aging garage door at some point during our home renovation. However, when our old door began to open and close randomly, we knew we had to move quickly. We purchased an opener from a big box store and showed it to our contractor. He told us to return it to the store and hire Pete. "They're the best." We heeded our contractor's advice, and boy were we not disappointed! Pete was very professional and patiently answered all the questions I had before and after installation. I was giddy once the new doors were in: it was the quietest door and opener I've ever known, and because of the R16 insulation we put into it, our new doors have better insulation than the exterior walls of our house! This was easily the best money we spent during our entire home renovation. Thank you, Pete, for making my garage door the envy of the neighborhood and our contractor, too!

We had also used them to service the doors from time-to-time and… Read more The previous owners of our house had used Norwood Overhead Door to install an automatic garage door opener and to maintain the doors. We had also used them to service the doors from time-to-time and been very pleased with their work. When it came time to replace the doors, we called Norwood Overhead Doors. They gave us a great selection of products to choose from based on our budget; provided helpful information about the products we were considering which allowed us to make the right choice of doors; and they installed the doors on the date promised. They were very professional throughout and I recommend them highly.
